Nicholson celebrates founder's 200th birthday

The University of Sydney's Nicholson Museum will mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of the museum's founder Sir Charles Nicholson with a new exhibition and a fascinating retrospective of Nicholson's life.

Charles Nicholson: The Man and His Museum, 1808-2008 opened at the Nicholson Museum on Wednesday 5 November and celebrates the life and work of Nicholson, who played a vital role in the development of the cultural life of early Australia.

Kid's Museums: Family Day at the Nicholson Museum
