Welcome to the first edition of eSydney for 2011.

The 2011 Graduate Connections Breakfast will kick-off with the acclaimed Australian writer and alumnus David Malouf AO on Wednesday 9 March. This year we are offering a further alumni discount, with tickets now only $35. Guests and friends are also welcome attend. Register now  | Find out more

The 2011 Sydney Ideas program is well under way, with the internationally renowned Australian philosopher, Peter Singer, to speak in the Great Hall on Wednesday 9 February. Entry is free, however online registration is essential.

Sydney rates well above world standards

The University of Sydney has met or exceeded the world standard in all discipline areas in which it was rated in the 2010 Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) evaluation program.

All alumni are invited to the official launch of the Freedom Ride 2011, being held at the Clocktower at 10am on Saturday 12 February.
