Nominations now open for 2011 Alumni Awards
The University of Sydney's Alumni Awards program recognises the outstanding achievements of alumni in community services and professional fields. This is a unique opportunity to honour those in our community whose extraordinary contributions often go unrecognised.
Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner, Mick Gooda has launched the commission's first Social Justice and Native Title Reports, applauding the work of the University of Sydney's researchers.
Under AusAID's Australian Leadership Award Fellowship scheme the University's Faculty of Health Sciences will work hand-in-hand with professionals from developing countries to nurture leadership skills and address key regional issues in the areas of disability and development, and human rights.
